Law Suits What You Win or Lose vs Better Uses for Time Money & Resources (Audio)

We shouldn’t have to face these kind situations but, I have recently come to know about a law suite that was going on regarding? Opps! I don’t even know about what! But it must be regarding some claim or blame etc. Even though one side can call a win and the other lose. But I think both Sides lose. In addition to Time money & resources it negatively affects the community image. Because what I heard it cost to both combined equal to around 6 months to 1 year of langer seva even if served Wed & Sun. About 30k Gallons of milk or 50 Wedding expenses for some poor families in Punjab. (120’000 Rupees one can sponsor a fair simple mid level wedding) it could have done a lot to improve the

well being of local community, facility or spiritual or social needs.
So then why initiate such a waste of money? We do have alternative to solve deputes. First thing is be open, open minded & be progressive & accessible, Talk or Ask to the other side expecting same. If the Seva or Goals are same principles are same, am sure a decision can be reached mutually. If some personal interest, politics or i-am-the-only-boss type things are involved invite the khalsa Panchyat spend 10 times less and reach the decision.

Other Day I was listening to S. Samsher Singh a Houston sangat member how Bhai Taru Singh left the Decision on Khalsa Sangat even after getting hurt so much that his scalp was removed. Gurdwara is for Sangat run by Sangat we have rich history filled with real life rich examples then why still go to a outside court for keeping the control over Gurdwara or to Gain it and take all this loss? I did not got chance to hear
